At least once a year I’ve been writing a letter from my future self and it’s always really powerful stuff. I just write without thinking and all this love, support and wisdom seems to come flowing out. By connecting with ‘my future self’ I seem to hook in to my best self. Someone that is just so at peace and gets it and loves me and is a never-ending source of guidance and wisdom.

Try this. Gather together all your favourite love songs. I whipped mine into a spotify list and then lay back and listened to them giving those messages of love to me…from me. And do you know what? It really worked. I was feeling great afterwards. Really loved.
